The trade-in program allows you to buy a new device online and trade-in thereafter conveniently. For trade-in, you just need to do a quick online evaluation, schedule a pickup and wait for payout (if approved) within a few days.

Why trade-in your device to us?

This program offers flexibility on device trade-in eg. you can buy simply trade-in a device. Trade-in evaluation can be easily done in a few minutes and you can schedule a pickup to your convenience. If the trade-in is approved, the trade-in price will be paid out within 5 business days.

How do I find the serial number on my device?

How do I get started?/ What is the process if I want to trade in my item online?

  • Go to Evaluation.
  • Just follow some simple steps to submit the product information and obtain an estimate price quote for what your device may be worth.
  • Once you accepted the offer, you may immediately schedule an appointment to pick up the device and it’s absolutely free of charge. (Terms & Conditions Apply)
  • Once the device is received and verified, you will be paid within 5 business days (Exclude Sat, Sun & PH)

I do not see the brand or model listed on your webpage/ Unable to find the product model?

  • Kindly reach our customer care for further assistance through WhatsApp

  • Devices that are locked, specifically lock by iCloud Access (Apple) or Google Account(find my device) were not be accepted for trade-in.

I do have a few devices that I would like to trade-in, how could I go around that?

Eligibility & Evaluation FAQs

If I do not own the device, could I still trade-in?

Stolen phones (you can check whether the mobile phone is recorded on SPEX at this website: https://eservices.police.gov.sg/content/policehubhome/homepage/furnish-details-of-stolen-or-lost-property-report.html . In the event that the mobile phone is found to be reported lost or stolen, the seller’s particulars will be submitted to the police as required by the law.

My device is unable to switch on, could I still trade-in?

  • No for Apple iPhone and iPad products due to iCloud activation lock.
  • For all android device, you may still submit the details online to obtain a quote.

I’m not able to provide the IMEI no/Serial Number, because my device couldn’t switch on.

In this situation, kindly visit our store at myhalo CircularXchange – Laptop Factory Outlet #03-26 for a physical evaluation to determine if your device will still be eligible for the trade-in or otherwise.

What should I do with my device it is not eligible for trade-in? / What can I do with these devices that I no-longer in use?

We do offer free disposal assistance for our valuable customers at no cost. Simply send us the devices to Sim Lim Square @ Level 3, Unit 01. (PC Dreams) Our official recycler partner is Cimelia Resource Recovery.

Is the price quoted from your website final? / How much will I get for my device?

The age, condition, and accessories included will affect the trade-in value of your items. Use our estimator at Evaluation to get an estimate for what your item may be worth. PC Dreams will evaluate your device and provide a competitive offer based on several factors, including age, condition, included accessories and current resale prices.

Why did I get a quote with price range instead of a fixed price?

In certain cases, the symptoms combination points to different faults possibility, Thus we can only automate a price range quote to better represent the actual situation. Some examples are:
  1. No sound from speakers -> This could be a speakers fault, software fault or motherboard IC fault.
  2. USB port not working -> This could be a physical USB port fault, motherboard IC fault.
In such cases, we will need the evaluate the exact unit before we can offer an exact quote.

How do you assess the condition of my product?

Our employees grade the condition and perform a functionality check. At a minimum, in order for us to accept a device it must turn on and function as a user would normally expect. There can’t be missing power supplies, and a battery powered device must run on its own battery. We assign a condition grade based upon our inspection.

RECYCLE.
Eligible device does not have any monetary value but will be collected and sent to a recycling partner that complies with the highest industry standards regarding the reuse, refurbishment or recycling of products as well as waste disposal generated from the recycling process.

If the device is not accepted for trade-in, we can responsibly recycle it. To learn more about our Recycling Program, see pcdreams.com/recycle.

Important note:

For Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices that use iOS 7 and above, you must disable the “Find My iPhone/iPad/iPod” function before the start of the trade-in transaction.

How to Turn Off “Find My iPhone/iPad/iPod”:

  • Tap on your “Settings” icon and go to the “iCloud” section.
  • If “Find My iPhone” is turned on, tap the slider to turn it off.
  • Enter your Apple ID password and tap “Turn Off.”
  • Verify that “Find My iPhone” has been turned off.

For Android 5.0 or newer, you must reset the device to factory settings before the start of the trade-in transaction.

  • Make sure the device is connected to the Internet or to the mobile network.
  • Open the Google Settings menu.
  • Under “Personal,” touch “Backup and reset.” You may need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.
  • Under “Personal Data,” touch “Factory data reset.”
  • Read the information on the screen and touch “Reset phone.”
  • If the screen is locked, you will need to enter your pattern, PIN, or password.
  • When prompted, touch “Erase everything” to erase all data from your device’s internal storage.
  • When the device has finished erasing, select the option to reboot your device.

What if I feel that I should receive more value for my product? Will there be room for negotiation and feedback?

While we welcome and value feedback from our customers, our trade-in values are fixed at the time of our evaluation based on the type of product traded in, its market value, and its condition. However, once the device is received and physically assessed our team will reach you to secure the final value of the product.

Please be advised that payment transaction will be temporarily on hold and our team will reach you to discuss and renegotiate the product value that we received. Should you decide to cancel the trade-in thereafter, there will be a surcharge of S$19 administration and return delivery fees.

If I trade in my item online, what happens if after the item is received at the Trade-in Center, PC Dreams’ evaluation of the item is different than the quote based on my description?

You will receive an e-mail explaining why a different value was assigned. You have the choice of accepting the updated quote, or having the item returned to you at your cost.

 

Privacy & Protection FAQs

How about the data stored on my device, how can you ensure that is properly removed from my devices?

Apply to all IT gadgets.

The current PDPA regulation requires any data still left in any device to be completely erased. You can be rest assured that none of your important information will be left in your device as we comply to industrial standard with our ISO 27001 Certified data erasure processes.

What will happen to the data in my memory card?

Similarly to the IT gadgets, we will erased the data according to our ISO 27001 process.
Memory cards will not be returned unless specifically requested by customers.

Do you guys help for backing my data?

We suggest ensuring that all personal data is backed up beforehand. Once the devices are received, there will be no turning back to retrieve personal data.

Why do you collect personal information and what do you do with it?

The PC Dreams Trade-In Program is subject to secondhand dealer laws, which regulate the buying of used personal property. Many of these laws require businesses to collect information about the seller and the purchased product, and report it to law enforcement in an effort to reduce crime and recover stolen property. In some locations, to comply with applicable law, the personal information collected may include:

  • Full Name
  • NRIC/Work Pass No.
  • Residential Address
  • Contact Number

PC Dreams also reports certain information about trade-in transactions voluntarily in other locations. Additionally, PC Dreams may be required to share personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. PC Dreams reserves the right to report, and may be required to report, to law enforcement agencies any activities that PC Dreams believes to be unlawful. PC Dreams may share certain information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of others and ourselves. Appointment & Collection FAQs

What is the typical pickup time?

The collection time is subject to the arranged appointment upon submitting your trade-in order. However, the common time is between 1 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.

Could I reschedule my existing pickup appointment? / Can I change my delivery time slot?

Yes, absolutely, Please whatsapp us at +65-6303-0535 minimum 4 hours before actual appointment time to reschedule for the next available time slot. We reserve the right to charge a $15 collection fee for last minute rescheduled collections.

Can I cancel the appointment and visit your store directly for the assessment?

You will require to cancel 24 hours in advance prior to your existing appointment. Do contact us through +65-6303-0535.

Will I be notified before the pickup arrived?

Yes, our collector will be notifying you through call prior collection.

Can I change my pickup address after the appointment is scheduled?

Sure, kindly contact us through +65-6303-0535 to update your pickup address.

If the pickup fails, what happens next?

You may attempt to schedule for another appointment for pickup. However, if the 2nd attempt fails we will consider as a cancellation of trade-in.

I won’t be around during the collection time, can you collect from my Friend/Siblings/Parents?

However, to ensure that we are collecting the right item do make sure they have the tracking ID for reference upon handing over the product.

What if my product lost after collected by pickup service?

  • There will be a maximum insured amount of SGD$150 for any loss or damage any loss or damage to the Product while in transit.
  • PC Dreams will under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the program. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PC Dreams and its affiliate’s entire liability, if any, from any cause whatsoever with respect to this service shall not exceed SGD$150. How can I track my Trade-in status?

How soon will I receive the trade-in funds after I’ve sent my device?

Trade-in with Appointed Partners

A) Trade-in with Brand Partners

  • Trade-in & Recycling Program is provided by PC Dreams Pte Ltd (“PC Dreams” as part of a contracted service provided by PC Dreams to its partners, no cost to Customers.)
  • “Trade-in & Recycling Program” means the responsible reuse of the Product or its parts.
  1. Customer affirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
  2. “Customer” means the undersigned that is the owner of the Product or has been authorized by the owner of the Product to make decisions on the Product.
  3. The Trade-in Program is provided to Brand Partners’ customers by PC Dreams as an independent third party company. Our Brand Partners are not parties in the transaction between PC Dreams and program Customers. Any and all transactions are solely the responsibility of PC Dreams and Customer. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM IS BETWEEN YOU AND PC DREAMS ONLY, AND OUR BRAND PARTNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR AND DOES NOT WARRANT SUCH SERVICE.
  4. PC Dreams and Brand Partners reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the program for any reason and may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  5. The Program is provided for lawful purposes only, to the extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to indemnify our Brand Partners, PC Dreams, its affiliate and any of its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries or agents from and against any claims brought against any of them arising from Customer’s breach of the terms and conditions of the Program.

B) Trade-in with Official Retail Partners.

  • Trade-in & Recycling Program is provided by PC Dreams Pte Ltd (“PC Dreams” as part of a contracted service provided by PC Dreams to its partners, no cost to Customers.)
  • “Trade-in & Recycling Program” means the responsible reuse of the Product or its parts.
  • PC Dreams Official Retail Partners includes Best Denki, Challenger, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Switch+ and Addon Systems.
  1. Customer affirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
  2. “Customer” means the undersigned that is the owner of the Product or has been authorized by the owner of the Product to make decisions on the Product.
  3. The Trade-in Program is provided to retail partners’ customers by PC Dreams as an independent third party company. Retail partners are not a party in the transaction between PC Dreams and program Customers. Any and all transactions are solely the responsibility of PC Dreams and Customer. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM IS BETWEEN YOU AND PC DREAMS ONLY, AND RETAIL PARTNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR AND DOES NOT WARRANT SUCH SERVICE.
  4. PC Dreams and retail partners reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the program for any reason and may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  5. The Program is provided for lawful purposes only, to the extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to indemnify retail partners of PC Dreams, PC Dreams, its affiliate and any of its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries or agents from and against any claims brought against any of them arising from Customer’s breach of the terms and conditions of the Program.

General terms & Conditions

  1.  Laptops, Macbooks, PC & iMAC must be accompanied by the battery, RAM, hard disk, LCD , keyboard and Touchpad/Mouse ; Smartphone and Tablets should be fully functional in order for the valuation to commence.
  2. The valuation shall be conducted by PC Dreams or PC Dreams appointed partners.
  3. PC Dreams will undertake the best-effort service to erase all existing data residing on the traded-in devices and memory cards in the devices.
  4. PC Dreams or its appointed partners shall not be responsible for backing up part or whole for customer’s existing data on the trade in device or memory card residing in the device. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to manage the back-up of any existing data or take up an option to pay for data migration services; the customer agrees to indemnify PC Dreams from any error that may occur due to data loss issues by customers.
  5.  Valuation amount cannot be in exchange for cash under any circumstances.
  6.  In the event of non-usage of the trade-in voucher (if any), your trade-in device will not be returned. Valuation amount shall be indicated in the voucher issued by PC Dreams to customers.
  7.  The trade-in value shall inclusive of 7% GST.
  8.  NRIC / FIN is collected as a requirement under the Singapore Police Force (SPF) 2nd hand licensing scheme. NRIC will solely be used for SPF submissions and will not be used for any marketing purposes.
  9.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also confirm that the Goods belong(s) to you legally and does not have any third party liabilities at the time of trading in.
  10. By signing the e-form, you understand and agree that the trade in process is completed and irreversible.  Your traded-in Notebook(s), Desktop(s), All-in-One PC(s), Smartphone(s) or Tablet(s) will not be returned under any circumstances.
  11. PC Dreams’ rights are reserved and its decision in relation to the valuations, quotes and jurisdictions on any outcomes shall be final. 

Quotation & Declaration

Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions as stated here, in order to complete a Product trade through the program

1. The Product quote provided online by PC Dreams is based on the Customer’s full, truthful and accurate responses and declaration to the qualification questions as to Product type, model, specifications and condition; however, the final value will be determined once received and inspected at PC Dreams, in PC Dreams’ sole opinion.

  • If PC Dreams determines the Product value to be less than originally quoted, the Customer will have seven (7) days to accept or reject the revised quote.
  • If the Customer chooses to reject the revised quote, PC Dreams will return the Product to the Customer to the address from which it was originally sent.
  • If Customer does accept the PC Dreams revised quote within seven (7) days, PC Dreams will process the Product at the revised quote and will process the payment to the Customer.
  • All decisions are final and may not be appealed.

Personal Data & Privacy

Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions as stated here, in order to complete a Product trade through the program

1. Customer agrees that he/she has the sole responsibility to keep a separate back up copy of any files or data before handing the product over to PC Dreams and that Customer has taken reasonable steps to eliminate and delete files and data that are deemed personal or confidential. Data recovery is not a part of the program and our Partners and PC Dreams accept no responsibility or liability for any lost files or data.

2. Customer acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to remove all personal data from his/her Product, before collection by PC Dreams, including SIM, removable memory cards, harddisk, SSD, and must data clear the Product, to include a factory reset. PC Dreams is not responsible or liable for the removal of the Customer’s personal data.

Shipping Delivery

Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions as stated here, in order to complete a Product trade through the program

1. Any Product collected, other than an eligible Product, will not be paid, nor will the Product be returned to the Customer at no cost. There will be a surcharge of S$25 administration & delivery fees for returning the product. Should the delivery failed due to i.e. unavailable upon delivery arrival, forgotten and etc; there will be an S$12 surcharge for every attempt on rescheduling an appointment.

However, options for self-collection will also be available.

2. Customer will follow the Product shipping and packaging guidelines as provided by PC Dreams on the program website, as may be altered from time to time. The Customer may otherwise provide the Product to PC Dreams in packaging to be obtained by Customer. There will be a maximum insured amount of SGD$150 for any loss or damage any loss or damage to the Product while in transit.

3. Once Customer has shipped the Product to PC Dreams, PC Dreams cannot guarantee its return to the Customer unless there is a revised quote by PC Dreams which is subsequently rejected by the Customer in a timely manner.

Payment

Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions as stated here, in order to complete a Product trade through the program

PC Dreams and our Partners will under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the program. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PC Dreams, our Partners and its affiliate’s entire liability, if any, from any cause whatsoever with respect to this service shall not exceed SGD$150.

Logistics T&C

Definition

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • Our Official pickup service partners includes “Pickup” and PC Dreams Logistic team.
  • “Participating Drivers” refers to the driver who agreed to accept booking through the service offered by PC Dreams.
  • “Shipment” means all packages, parcels, delivery items or any part of the articles therein or contents thereof that travel under one delivery request, proposed journey, consignment note and/or invoice and which may be carried by any means PC Dreamschooses, including by land transportation or any other carrier. The service to be provided by PC Dreams is limited to the pickup, transportation and delivery of the shipment. Customer acknowledges that shipments may be consolidated with those of other requestor. Every shipment is transported on a limited liability basis as provided herein.

Charges

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • Pickup Service offered by PC Dreams for PC Dreams Trade-in program were Free-Of-Charge*
  • Waiting time charges: In the event that a user is late for pickup/drop off, a grace period of 10 minutes applies once driver has reached the pickup/drop-off location. Subsequently, a $2 charge applies for every 10 minutes and/or part thereof of waiting time.
  • Cancel the order with half of the delivery fee being borne by the customer if the driver already showed up to perform the job.
  • For driver who is on the way to order destination: Driver will call to confirm the order prior to departing. If delivery is confirmed with the driver then and a cancellation happens after the scheduled time, 50% of the order fee will be chargeable to the customer. PC Dreams will assist in communicating the charges to the customer on the driver’s behalf.

User’s Obligations

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  •  The User warrants that he is either the Owner or the authorised agent of the Owner of the goods, and that he is authorised to accept and is accepting these Conditions not only for himself but also as agent for and on behalf of the Owner of the Goods.
  • The user warrants that he has complied with all laws and regulations relating to the nature, condition, packaging, handling, storage and carriage of the goods. User shall not dispatch and participating drivers reserve the right to refuse any articles that are prohibited by law, dangerous or hazardous materials, perishable substances, and radioactive material. The user is liable for any loss or damage suffered by any third party as a result of any breach of the terms. Participating drivers will not open and inspect the shipment, and bear no responsibility in any legal liability resulting from the transportation of the shipment.
  • User shall ensure that shipment is adequately packed to protect against damage in the course of transmission, and also that no part of the shipment may be removed without the case, wrapper or container being torn or broken, a seal being broken or two adhesive surfaces being forced part.
  • In the case of a shipment is of a fragile nature, that shipment shall be packaged in a case or container of sufficient durability and strength and shall be encased in or surrounded by sufficient and suitable protective material inside that case or container such that the shipment is guarded against damage that may result from any force, pressure or blows to which delivery items are ordinarily subject during the course of delivery and that such shipment shall bear the word “FRAGILE” prominently displayed in capital letters on the face of the case or container and above the address of the named addressee; and
  • In the case of a shipment which is susceptible to damage by bending, that the shipment shall be packed in a case or container of sufficient durability and strength to prevent the shipment from being bent or otherwise damaged during the course of delivery and such case or container shall bear the words “FRAGILE” prominently displayed in capital letters on the face of the case or container and above the address of the named addressee.
  • PC Dreams shall not be responsible to provide a protective service for the transportation of perishable commodities or commodities requiring protection from heat or cold. Such commodities will be accepted for transportation solely at the customer’s risk for any damages arising from the transportation.
  • The user shall provide in respect of each shipment all necessary information, including without limitation:
  • The user’s name, address (including the postal code) and telephone number;
  • The addressee’s name, delivery address (including the postal code) and telephone number;
  • Special precautions to be taken in respect of the shipment e.g. “FRAGILE”, “PERISHABLE”, “DO NOT BEND” etc.;
  • In the event that the recipient is found to be absent from the address specified by you and no other person is present to take the shipment, the delivery provider will contact you as the delivery requester to request further instructions on how to proceed. In the event delivery requester cannot be contacted either, your items will be delivered to PC Dreams’s office and the charge for this trip will be borne by the delivery requester. Should a redelivery of items be needed, a new delivery order will have to be placed. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to PC Dreams and the services at any time without advance notice or liability if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these terms or in our opinion you misuse PC Dreams or the services. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.

Engagement services outside of PC Dreams boundaries

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • Customers should not engage with our drivers outside of PC Dreams’s boundaries directly/indirectly within a period of 12 months after the order is being completed.
  • Should customer have special requirements not catered within the PC Dreams platform, please contact our sales team at 63030535 and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Driver’s Liability

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • Participating drivers shall take all reasonable precaution to prevent unauthorised persons from having access to the shipment and shall also take all reasonable precaution against loss of or damage to the shipment.
  • Participating drivers shall make reasonable effort to deliver the shipment according to the respective delivery schedules, which are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Any acts or omissions of any party other than the participating driver.
  • Participating drivers are not obligated to allow customers to ride with them. This is up to the discretion of the driver as PC Dreams’s insurance coverage strictly covers only the delivery items in the vehicle and not the passengers that request to ride with the driver.

Cancellation of order

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • The following table shows what constitutes as valid and non-valid cancellations by drivers:
  • The following penalties will apply to drivers for order cancellations without a valid reason:
  • When driver is on suspension, all future orders must be unassigned
  • Cancellation on and after order timing for immediate/scheduled orders will be confiscation of security deposit and permanent ban
  • Cancellation 20mins before order timing for scheduled orders will be permanent ban
  • Drivers reserve the rights to cancel the order if the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes starting from the indicated order pickup time chosen by the user.
  • In such scenario, drivers will not be liable for any disruption to users’ deliveries.
  • In such scenario, drivers will not be able to claim for any waiting time charges and/or cancellation fees from users or PC Dreams

  • Customer agrees that PC Dreams’s liability in respect of the shipment is strictly limited to direct loss only.  All other types of loss or damage are excluded (including but not limited to loss of profits, income, interest, future business, or loss of revenue resulting from loss of use), whether such loss or damage is special or indirect, and even if the risk of such loss or damage was brought to PC Dreams’s attention before or after acceptance of the delivery request. customer shall insure at its own costs against any risks in respect of the shipment.
  • PC Dreams’s total liability in respect of any shipment shall be limited to its actual cash value but in any event shall not exceed SGD$150.00 and or whichever is lower.

Claims

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • Any claims must be made within 24 hours after the delivery has been completed, failing which PC Dreams shall have no liability whatsoever.
  • All claims must be made in writing, accompanied by the delivery order number, contact information and other supporting documents requested by PC Dreams and submitted to the following WhatsApp: 63030535.
  • Claims are limited to one claim per delivery order, settlement of which shall be full and final settlement for all loss or damage in connection therewith.
  • Without prejudice to clause 6 and provided that PC Dreams is satisfied that the user’s claim is justified, PC Dreams ’s liability for any loss of or damage to the delivery item shall be limited to the value of the delivery Item or SGD$150 per delivery order, whichever is lower.
  • In the case of damage to the delivery Item, the amount of compensation by PC Dreams shall be based on PC Dreams’s assessment of the extent of the damage to and the actual cash value of the contents of the delivery item provided always that the amount of compensation shall not exceed the compensation limits. In the case of loss of or damage to the delivery item, PC Dreams shall have the option of either replacing the delivery item or making monetary compensation within the compensation limits.

  • The software is delivered to you on an “as is” basis and although PC Dreams has used its best endeavors to ensure that the software will work properly on your mobile device, PC Dreams does not warrant the performance of the software nor the compatibility of the software with your mobile device.
  • PC Dreams provides logistics platform service and the services provided are part of the on-demand sharing economy. PC Dreams makes no guarantee of the availability of the services, the availability of vehicles through the use of the services, the accuracy of the data or information provided as part of the services or the quality of the services of the participating drivers.
  • PC Dreams shall not be liable for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever including any consequential, indirect, incidental damages or any loss of profit or damages to your mobile device as a result of your use of the Services or your installation and/or execution of the software even if Lalamove or its representative has been advised of the possibility of such loss, damage or claim.
  • PC Dreams shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including any injury which you may suffer as a result of your delivery, transportation or journey in the vehicle of participating drivers hired through the services and all your rights in relation thereto and in relation to the contract for hire between you and the relevant participating drivers shall be a matter between you and the relevant participating drivers.
  • PC Dreams is not the agent of participating drivers or users and is not a party to the contract for the hiring of the participating drivers.
  • The foregoing limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law.

Miscellaneous

As a “Consumer” of PC Dreams Trade-in program, you hereby agree and confirm to the following terms of use:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
  • You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  • PC Dreams reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
