Terms & Conditions :

  • *Gaming Models – with GTX or Radeon Gaming Graphics
  • For 2009-2015 models – Battery minimum > 1 hr
  • For 2016 to 2019 models – Battery minimum > 2.5hrs
  • For 2020 models and above – Battery > 3 hrs
  • For Windows Category 4 units, the battery needs to be at least 80% of the original capacity
  • Only #full working units are accepted.
  • Models with broken hinges, cracked screens, cannot power on, faulty units, please drop by our service centre @ Bugis Junction #03-26 for direct face-to-face evaluation.
  • ADDITIONAL $100 FOR TOUCH SCREEN BUSINESS MODEL

Full working units are defined as:

  1. Completeness and functionality of Laptop/AIO with battery / charger / external optical drive / Keyboard / Mouse / VGA convertor cables / USB to Ethernet cables (wherever applicable)
  2. No major physical damages such as cracks, dents, or loose hinges (wherever applicable)
  3. Batteries to hold more than 50% of designed charge capacity (wherever applicable)
  4. LCD is free from major display faults, scratches & chassis should be in reasonable aesthetic condition.
  5. Devices should not have been tampered with.
  6. Conditions above that are not satisfied will be considered as the partial working set
